Class is great for beginners or students desiring a slower paced practice. This class is designed to give detailed instruction allowing the student to gain strength and flexibility at their own pace.

Kids OM
You want your kids to learn to be resilient, be happy, whole and healthy. Yoga and meditation will give your child the tools they need in our ever-changing Universe. Using simple yoga poses, breath work, and meditation, this class encourages children to cultivate flexibility of the body, mind, and spirit allowing them to see the light in themselves and others.
Rock Your Soul
Take your yoga flow to a warm room with dimmed lights and deep beats. Mindfully work through your asana with enhanced focus, endurance and strength. This class will end in meditation using essential oils intended relax and restore.
Hot Vinyasa
Take your self-awareness to a new level with a room temperature of 95-105 degrees which allows the body to achieve poses safely, release toxins, elevate heart rate, increase stamina and flexibility. Look for creative sequencing focusing on core strength, building lean muscle and balance. Come to class well hydrated and ready to sweat.
Flow & Restore.
Flow & Restore combines the best of Vinyasa and restorative yoga resulting in a practice that will leave you peaceful and renewed. This class begins with a grounding flow to unwind and build heat in the muscles, ending with a restorative sequence with a deliciously long savasana preparing the body and mind for a good nights sleep and the week ahead.
Hot Sculpt 75
Intensify each yoga pose with strength training as you move to upbeat tracks, aiding in building lean muscle and skyrocketing your metabolism. This class specifically targets muscles to help your yoga practice grow, challenging you every step of the way! Come to class well hydrated-prior yoga experience is suggested.
Yin
Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.
Intro Yoga.
This class is a great introduction if you are new to yoga or simply want a more in-depth breakdown of poses. Focus on breathing and alignment, modifications and safely advancing in postures. Relaxed and informal with opportunity for Q&A.
Warm Awaken.
A mindful, dynamic flow linking breath and movement. Classes incorporate creative sequencing while utilizing sun salutations, intended for those who are looking for energizing movement, ending with morning meditation designed to start your day the best way you can!
Karma Yoga
All of the proceeds from this class are donated to a local or global non-profit organization whose mission and work inspires us. By attending this all levels class and giving any amount, you are empowering these organizations to continue their work
Prenatal
Prenatal yoga nurtures the mind, body, and soul of Moms-to-be. A yoga practice can help the body remain strong and flexible as well as alleviate discomforts. This class takes place in a calm, peaceful environment with other new Moms allowing you to freely discuss any concerns, discomforts or the wonderful new changes your body is experiencing.
Chakra Balance
This powerful practice will help you align and open each individual energy center, known as the seven chakras through posture, breathing and visualization.
